Having developed a curiosity about individual differences, behaviour, dispositions, and situational influences impacting their temperament developed the passion in me to take Clinical Psychology as my career field. Since childhood, I have been observing people with mental illness being humiliated and stigmatised which lead me to analyse it from a different perspective and the ways to overcome the discrimination through humanitarian and scientific approach. I strongly believe in emphasizing the affective and compassionate domains of mental health care. Apart from all the techniques, I truly believe in well-being of my clients and building a strong therapeutic alliance with them.

Focus is on implementation of psychotherapeutic treatment plans individualised to client’s needs and concerns. My experience involves working with children and adults of different age brackets and providing them a safe space to increase their awareness,foster emotional growth and work through life's challenges.
